To correct some of these misunderstandings, in a new Bellwether Education Partners report, Ashley LiBetti Mitchel, Andrew Rotherham and I collected and synthesized data from numerous sources to offer a comprehensive picture of the current state of the charter sector, its growth, performance and the opportunities ahead.
